About Plant Control
Plant Control was built for a straightforward reason: mining and process plants track downtime, production and reliability in a spreadsheet next to the system that should already own that data. We built the system that owns it instead.
The product covers what a shift supervisor, plant manager and reliability engineer actually need day to day — fast downtime capture that respects shift boundaries, production entry that rolls straight into OEE and loss attribution, a reporting layer that answers the questions people actually ask without a BI project, and alerting on the same numbers so nothing waits for the morning meeting.
How we think about the plant
Every plant is modelled the way it's actually built — site, area, circuit, equipment — so a number captured at a piece of equipment rolls up cleanly to the circuit, the area and the site. Downtime, production, and telemetry all speak the same equipment tree and the same shift clock, so a report built for one circuit works for the next one without custom wiring.
Where it's deployed
Plant Control is deployed per site, licensed per tenant, with the multi-tenancy and access control built in from the ground up rather than bolted on. Each site sees its own equipment, its own shifts, and its own numbers.
