Plant Control

Help centre

Answers to common questions about getting access, signing on, and how Plant Control connects to your plant systems. If you're already a user and need help with a specific screen, see in-app Help from the dashboard.

How do I get access to Plant Control?
Plant Control is provisioned per site by your organisation's administrator — there's no public sign-up. If your plant doesn't yet have an account, contact us to arrange access, or ask your site's Plant Control administrator to create an account for you.
I have an account — how do I sign on?
Go to the login page and sign in with the email and password your administrator set up for you. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot your password? link on the login page to reset it yourself.
What does registration look like for a new site?
Onboarding a new site is a guided process, not a self-service form: we work with you to set up your tenant, equipment tree (site, area, circuit, equipment), shifts, and initial user accounts. Get in touch to start that process.
How does Plant Control integrate with our plant systems?
Production and downtime can be captured manually through the app, or fed automatically from your PLC/SCADA layer through our telemetry ingest API, which accepts authenticated batches of tag readings and rolls them up into 15-minute, hourly and daily aggregates. Integration is scoped per site during onboarding — contact us to discuss your setup.
Is my data isolated from other sites or organisations?
Yes. Access is scoped by tenant and by site — a user only sees the sites they've been granted access to, and data never crosses tenant boundaries.
Something else — how do I reach a person?
Use our contact form and we'll get back to you.
