Plant Control

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Plant Control (the "Service"), provided under a licence agreement to a named tenant and its authorised users. By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and by the licence agreement in place between your organisation and Plant Control.

2. Access & accounts

Accounts are provisioned by an administrator on your tenant, not through public self-service registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access data outside your tenant or site scope, interfering with the Service's operation, or using it to store or transmit unlawful content.

4. Data ownership

Operational data you enter into the Service — downtime records, production figures, telemetry, and reports — remains the property of your organisation. Plant Control processes this data to provide the Service as described in your licence agreement.

5. Availability & support

We aim to keep the Service available and performant, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support terms and service levels are set out in your organisation's licence agreement.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to your organisation's administrator.

7. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent via our contact page.
